Xbox And Bethesda Showcase Coming On January 25: With information on upcoming games from Arkane Austin, Mojang Studios, Turn 10 Studios, and ZeniMax Online Studios, Xbox has confirmed that it will host its Developer Direct live webcast on January 25.
The Elder Scrolls Online, Forza Motorsport, Minecraft Legends, and Redfall are among the Xbox games launching in the coming months. According to reports, The Developer Direct will concentrate on “major features, prolonged gameplay displays, and the latest facts.”
The information validates a previous claim that Xbox would organize a showcase for its upcoming games, as well as the event’s name and the featured games.
Additionally, it was rumored that Starfield would be noticeably absent, which led some to believe it would debut much later in the year. Xbox Wire’s statement today stated that Starfield will eventually have its own independent show.

The show debuts on Xbox and Bethesda’s Twitch and YouTube feeds on January 25 at 12 p.m. PT, 3 p.m. ET. The Elder Scrolls Online will kick off the event with a presentation on the upcoming significant upgrade that will offer new playable regions to Tamriel.
Following the presentation, ZeniMax Online Studios will hold The Elder Scrolls Online’s own special Chapter Reveal Event. The following will feature gameplay and “interesting new details” for Forza Motorsport, and “an intimate look into the PvP multiplayer experience” for Minecraft Legends.
And Redfall, a new co-op first-person shooter from Arkane Austin, will show off single and multiplayer gameplay. Fans can anticipate learning more about bosses, the open world, personalization, fighting, and other topics.
One thing that was left out was the Friends & Family plan for Xbox Game Pass, which has recently begun to advertise on Xbox consoles. Multiple Xbox accounts will allegedly be able to use the same Game Pass subscription under this concept, but details have been limited since the information was leaked in August of last year. We’ll see if Xbox announces anything before or during Developer Direct.
