Season 3 Of Overwatch 2 Will See Changes To Ultimate Charges

Players of Overwatch 2 are likely to return to Overwatch 1 if you urge them to make any changes to the game. The transfer of 30% of the Ult meter charge while switching characters is one of the things that annoys many players, in addition to the unbalanced Heroes, poor matchmaking, and a slew of glitches. But it appears like Blizzard has something in store for it.

As is customary, an Overwatch 2 player tweeted his displeasure with this arrangement, to which executive producer Jared Neuss stated that modifications would be made in season three.

SVB tweeted, “I find it bizarre that the developers won’t even acknowledge the horrible impact the 30% ult charge transference has had on the game. They haven’t even brought it up anywhere, and the tank experience has declined ever since as a direct result of it, far from being removed.

It's wild to me that the devs have refused to even acknowledge the diastrous effect the 30% ult charge transferrence has had on the game

Far from removing it, they haven't even talked about it anywhere & the tank experience has gone down the toilet since then directly bc of it

To their astonishment, Jared Neuss’s response included a brief strategy for how to enhance communication between the developers and the gamers, in addition to the good news that this will change. “S3 will bring about changes for this! If not sooner, details will be in the patch notes, “said he.

“Just to be clear, the absence of acknowledgment does not indicate a lack of concern. We need to find more effective ways to speak with gamers about things like this, which is a lot less fascinating than that.”

Neuss continued by stating that the studio must figure out a means to communicate frequently and in a way that the community will take notice of.

As of right now, there is either complete stillness, the occasional Tweet from a single developer, or a lengthy blog post outlining a significant change. This is hardly the best approach to interact with a community, particularly one that is part of a live service game.

“A more expeditious middle ground is required. It’s not a difficult issue to resolve; it just temporarily took a back seat to launch and 2023 planning, “Added he. Great people are working on it right now, and in the meanwhile, we’ll keep using Twitter to fill in the gaps between meetings as best we can.
