Leaked photos of a supposed Xbox Series S toaster suggest that it will be the next piece of kitchen equipment to receive a Microsoft makeover following the meme-worthy success of the Xbox Series X fridge back in 2021.
The Xbox Series S and X have been compared to a variety of home goods ever since its debut, including refrigerators, lunchboxes, speakers, and, allegedly, toasters. Over the years, Microsoft has profited from these analogies by launching an official Xbox Series X mini-fridge in 2021 and joining the memes. It appears to have switched its focus to a bread cooker at this point.
According to VGC, pictures of an Xbox Series S toaster first surfaced from Twitter user GyoJvfr, who also posted pictures of other goods with an Xbox motif, such as an Xbox Series X pen holder. According to the leaked image, the toaster will have three “modes,” six browning settings, 800 watts of power, and a crumb collector.

It’s Unclear If The News Is Real Or Fake
I don’t know why I’m listing toaster features now, but Sony will have to really consider how it wants to top this next-generation beast of a toaster. Can you make bread with DualSense capabilities?
It’s unclear at this time whether the Xbox Series S toaster genuinely exists or not given that the announcement came from a random Twitter account rather than Microsoft. With the Series X mini-fridge, it wouldn’t be too odd, but the entire concept seems like the kind of thing that would be revealed on April Fool’s Day. I guess that’s how the mini-fridge got started, so perhaps that provides more support.
Although the toaster itself appears to be very authentic, some of the other objects displayed by GyoJvfr, such as this toolbox inspired by Halo and what appears to be an Xbox Series X cookie jar, look a touch phony. When all of these goods are shown to be true and Microsoft’s aim to make every kitchen into a living billboard for Xbox merchandise is made public, I’ll probably wind up eating these words instead of cookies.
