NVIDIA Officially Announces RTX 4070 Ti Desktop Graphics Card: Nvidia revealed the RTX 4070 Ti as the newest GPU for its RTX 40 series as part of its GeForce Beyond stream at CES 2023.
The RTX 4070 Ti is intended to replace the RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti graphics cards with better performance and support for DLSS 3. It uses Nvidia’s new Ada Lovelace architecture. The RTX 4070 Ti, according to Nvidia, will perform up to three times better than the RTX 3090 Ti, the previous RTX 30 flagship.
After the RTX 4090 and two variations of the RTX 4080, one with 16GB of memory and the other with 12GB of memory, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is the fourth card to be unveiled for the RTX 40 series. In the second scenario, Nvidia would “unlaunch” the GPU before its scheduled release date of November 16.
Due to a contentious connector cable that has melted for some customers, the RTX 40 series has also attracted notice as the current flagship GPU, the RTX 4090.
The RTX 4070 Ti will cost $799 at retail. The RTX 4070 Ti is scheduled for sale on January 5 by Nvidia.
