Project Moon, the current focus of the studio, has been criticized for the way it uses NFTs. The official description says, “Midnight Society is a new kind of triple-A game studio and publishing model that has been in the works for over a decade.” “We are a group of ambitious game industry veterans who see a future where developers don’t make experiences in a vacuum and players share in a game’s success.”
