One Minecraft player decided to recreate one of Bloodborne’s most iconic structures—a tower in the game’s own universe. The setting of Bloodborne is no exception to the general trend of Minecrafters recreating well-known video game environments.
FromSoftware’s Bloodborne is a highly regarded classic in the gaming industry. Yharnam, the location of Bloodborne, is notable for its spectacular building designs reminiscent of the Gothic and Victorian eras.
As evidenced by the player who meticulously recreated Yharnham in Minecraft, Bloodborne provides a wealth of inspiration for committed Minecraft players looking for something to build.
A Reddit user going by the handle OmegaKartoffel shows that Bloodborne is still popular among Minecraft players today. They replicated the Astral Clocktower from the last area of the Bloodborne add-on The Old Hunters. The Hunter’s Nightmare downloadable content was published in November 2015, transporting players to a cursed realm filled with bloodthirsty monsters and bloodthirsty hunters.
After ascending the tower, players will face off against Bloodborne’s iconic monster, Lady Maria. Her captivating animations, insightful discourse, and mysterious backstory have earned her a fan favorite.
While OmegaKartoffel’s tower isn’t an identical replica of the Astral Clocktower, it has a striking resemblance to it. After defeating Lady Maria in Bloodborne: The Old Hunters, the player gains access to the clocktower’s interior through a hatch in the tower’s face.
The final DLC location, Fishing Hamlet, can be found there. The Fishing Hamlet is a huge area located just above the Astral Clocktower, and it is also steeped in Bloodborne history and mystery. OmegaKartoffel’s decision to leave it out is acceptable given the extra time and space it would demand.
Do you know that Minecraft Legends is coming out soon? When it does, the Overworld will change in a big way that will surprise players. Most people’s ideas of Minecraft are of slowly chipping away at deep mines or gathering materials to build huge wizard towers-
In the nearly eight years since Bloodborne’s release, its popularity has by no means waned, as evidenced by the continued success of fan projects based on the game. A PSX demake of Bloodborne allows players to experience the first few hours of the game as if it were originally released for the original PlayStation.
Since Bloodborne is only growing in popularity and FromSoftware is still receiving praise, it’s apparent that Bloodborne’s legacy will only continue to expand over time. The PlayStation 4 is home to Bloodborne.
