In honour of Porsche’s 75th anniversary, Microsoft is giving away special Xbox One S and Xbox One X controller editions. Through this collaboration, Microsoft and Porsche are releasing fresh, exclusive designs for the Xbox Series X, allowing gamers to display their enthusiasm for both consoles simultaneously.
Microsoft produced a unique Halo Infinite-themed Xbox Series X in November 2021 to let fans of the Master Chief’s exploits show their support for the game by purchasing a limited edition system and controller.
Since then, Microsoft has launched additional variations on the Xbox controller, most of which alter the system’s default colour and add patterns like camouflage or graphics commemorating special occasions like the console’s 20th birthday. The Starfield Direct on June 11 is expected to reveal the Starfield Xbox controllers that were recently found in leaks.
Xbox and Porsche have teamed up to commemorate Porsche’s 75th anniversary by releasing 75 special edition Xbox Series X consoles designed to look like six iconic Porsche race cars. Xbox announced the first design for this cooperation at the Summer Game Fest 2023 exhibition, with an Xbox Series X and controller modelled by the Porsche 963, a sports prototype car competing in this weekend’s 24 Hours of Le Mans.
