The PC and current-gen console versions of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor were released on April 28, and it appears that players are having trouble with the game’s performance.
Users have flooded the Steam page for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor with nasty reviews due to the problems they’ve encountered playing the PC edition. Many players have praised the game despite the frame rate issues, and this is true even for those who play on high-end PCs.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s score has gone up since then, and it’s currently mixed on Steam. Star Wars: Jedi Survivor has overcome these obstacles and is now the Steam PC game with the highest peak concurrent player count, surpassing Fallen Order.
According to SteamDB, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has 63,597 peak concurrent users on Steam, which is significantly more than the 46,550 peak users for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. It’s an obvious improvement over the original game, which has a “Very Positive” rating on Steam and doesn’t appear to have the same issues.
Although Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order was released in 2019, the dev team has likely already patched the game to fix any serious problems. Similarly, Star Wars: Squadrons has a concurrent number of 36,492.
Although it had a higher peak player count than Fallen Order, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was still the most-played Star Wars game on Steam with 82,517 players at once. When it comes to video games released in the first half of 2022, only Elden Ring outsold LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
