But if you’re doing a side quest that requires Infected Flesh, you’ll get a lot more use out of it. Francesca, an Unhinged artist, is a playable character in Dead Island 2. She’ll be in Beverly Hills, and she’ll give you various missions to complete before she can start working on her masterpiece.
Several of the game’s optional quests are linked to Francesca. The Visionary Body Art is her initial objective. She will ask you to deliver ten pieces of Infected Flesh to her. When you’re done, you put all ten items in her bucket and start talking to her.
The reward for finishing the task is 1,000 experience points. Francesca will give you further Body Art optional missions when you finish Visionary.

How Does Infected Flesh Develop?
Dead Island 2’s foes rarely drop infected flesh. After being killed, several walkers may drop the item, but finding it is unlikely. It will be difficult to find a walker that will drop ten Infected Flesh for Francesca.
The best tactic is to keep going through the game normally and stocking up on Infected Flesh whenever possible. It could take a long time to grind through enough zombies to acquire all of the necessary supplies in one sitting.
