A fresh report suggests that Spider-Man 4 will have an ensemble cast of villains, including Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin. Tom Holland’s Spider-Man teamed up with Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man and Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man in No Way Home to take on a slew of villains, including Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Electro, Sandman, and Lizard.
When we last saw him, he was swinging through New York City as Spider-Man for the first time since resuming his anonymity and moving into a less-than-stellar apartment.
Peter Parker may have to face not one, not two, not three, but four enemies in the next film, so he shouldn’t count on things getting easier for him.
Spider-Man 4 may feature multiple villains again

Several fans and industry insiders took his “Why not all of them?” to mean that any and all of the Spider-Man villains may make an appearance in Spider-Man 4.
